Veteran to veteran advice on disability compensation questions
VA Madness doesn’t offer legal advice and we are not lawyers. VA Madness is barred by law to pursue compensation benefits on your behalf. But we can give you FREE advice, veteran to veteran.
VA Madness was started by Eugene Newcombe, a self-described “pissed off veteran.” In the course of fighting for and winning benefits he was entitled to with the Veteran Benefits Administration (VBA), he discovered thousands of other vets engaged in the same struggle. Many needed help with their disability claim, and today new vets are coming along that need help too.
What Qualifies Me to Help with Disability Compensation Questions?-Watch Video
First, to help vets with vet to vet advice. VA Madness does not charge fellow vets for advice and help, but free-will donations are welcome!
Second, VA Madness hopes to expose policy and procedure shortcomings at the Veteran Benefits Administration that are withholding disability benefits from veterans. It is the hope of VA Madness that policymakers, decision-makers, lawmakers, and all the stakeholders at the Veteran Benefits Administration (VBA) can correct these shortcomings and promptly help more vets when they need access to their disability benefits.
Thousands of Success Stories
In addition to our mission, VA Madness.com rigorously strives to help fellow brother and sister veterans receive the benefits they’ve earned; but more than that, we want to relieve their frustration with a benefits system seemingly absent of straight answers and prompt action. We are here to answer those questions. As Eugene Newcombe recalls, “I do not want any veteran to go through the torture that I endured.”
Over the last several years, the number of veterans VA Madness.com and Eugene Newcombe has helped can’t be easily counted, but they number in the thousands. Along the way, VA Madness has been able to force VBA to make small changes in the way they handle claims. But there is so much more work that needs to be done.
